1:1 Shamanic Womancraft Sessions
Supporting women to recognise patterns in their life & thereby empower you to choose to act differently. This can be done at any point you feel stuck & ready to CHOOSE your own path instead of unconsciously playing out old patterns... For example:
Reclaiming Rites of Passage: your own birth, menarche (first period), first sexual experience, transition into motherhood or creatrix years (through birth of children, business’s or creative projects) & menopause
Preparing for birth or wanting to understand previous births (including birth trauma)
Preparing for or helping to navigate menopause
Relationship, parenting or career concerns...
This is done through a two part process:
Part One/ You fill out a detailed questionnaire, getting you to reflect on your life & that of your Red Thread (maternal lineage)… this is an intensive & often deeply emotive part of the process as you sit with the past in a way you possibly never have before. This process is not to look back and dwell on past traumas or events with blame, shame or anger. But using the ancient way of the midwife, the Mauiutic Method ~ asking “how does this serve?” to recognise these wounds/events as part of the unique story of YOU, to be able to move forward & work with the patterns that have emerged from all you have experienced…
Part Two/ Is a 2 hour online session where we use information gained from your questionnaire to reveal patterns that have played out (and will continue to play out, until you make them conscious), giving you the opportunity to CHOOSE to act differently.

Mother/Daughter Workshops
“Becoming a Woman'“
Celebrate & support your daughter through this rite of passage - her menarche (first period). Start to build your toolkit to help her navigate this transformational time as she transitions into Womanhood.
Reclaim the story of your own menarche, so you can enter this journey with her from a conscious perspective, not weighed down from your own experience.
Remember the interconnectedness & cyclical, rhythmic patterns of nature, in correlation with the menstrual cycle. Utilise this knowledge to help your daughter navigate the wild ride of hormones, energy levels, social expectations & school commitments, while learning to understand herself better.
Our experience of menarche influences how we perceive ourselves & our worth as women. How incredible would it be if all girls felt proud to be female & were aware of the power & magic of their body, growing up showing it the love & respect it deserves?! Lets get her excited about this magical time in her life, opposed to dreading it or feeling ‘cursed.’
Investment: $25o
Held over two consecutive weekends - first weekend mothers only 3hrs, second weekend mothers & daughters 4hrs
Includes “Becoming a Woman” book by Jane Hardwicke Collings
Location: Private Yurt in Coran or Starlight Hall, Yandina
We warmly welcome mothers/mother figures to join this workshop with your girl aged 8 - 14 depending on maturation. We cater for those both pre-menarche & those just beginning their menstruation journey. We may recommend an alternate workshop date due to the ages of the collective to group.
Womens Circles
“Women have been sitting in circle for longer than we haven’t”
~ Jane Hardwicke Collings
In todays age of technology, screen time, the glorification of ‘busyness’ & being able to ‘do it all’ it is easy to feel disconnected, burnt out, overwhelmed & generally out of touch with ourselves & the world around us…
Join us for an evening of connection - with yourself & other women, as we sit in circle & remember our connection to the earth, the elements & each other.
Each circle will have a theme - be it the current lunar phase (full or dark moon), or seasonal sabbat (the ancient Pagan tradition of celebrating the change of seasons & cyclical rhythm of nature), or whatever else feels pivotal or relevant to the time. This will set the tone for our gathering & guide the reflective questions offered for each woman to speak to in the sacred ceremonial practice of utilising a talking bowl ~ a beautiful practice enabling each woman the space to feel into the questions offered & speak from the heart without fear of judgement, the need to explain or the expectation of being ‘fixed.’ A simple, yet often profound process…
Exchange: $30 ~ 2hrs
Location: Starlight community, Yandina
Please bring a yoga mat &/or cushion or whatever you need to be warm & comfortable
As with all my offerings - no experience is needed, come as you are & experience the magic of showing up as yourself

Rites of Passage
“This marks the end of one season & the beginning of the next. A time of transformation, the woman transforms from one way of being to another, never to return again to her pervious life season. What happens during & around this transition, whether by conscious creation or by default, sets the theme for a woman’s experience of her self in her new role in her next life season.
The rites of passage of birth, menarche, childbirth & menopause serve the purpose of educating us of the value our culture places on our new role. They inform us of our culture’s expectations of us in our new role & give us information about how we are to behave.
Few of us were led to believe that being a woman was wonderful.”

Father/Daughter Workshop
“Becoming a Woman”
Celebrate & support your daughter through this rite of passage - her menarche (first period). Start to build your toolkit to help her navigate this transformational time as she transitions into Womanhood.
Traditionally ‘womens business’ has been kept seperate from males, resulting in fathers/father figures often feeling at a loss as how to support & connect with their daughter at this pivotal time.
Strengthen the bond with your daughter as you remember the interconnectedness & cyclical, rhythmic patterns of nature, in correlation with the menstrual cycle. Utilise this knowledge to help your daughter navigate the wild ride of hormones, energy levels, social expectations & school commitments, while learning to understand herself better.

Maiden Blessing
Menarche Ceremony
Gather in circle & celebrate the rite of passage of menarche. This can be done as a group of similar aged friends, or in an intimate circle of trusted females, or a combination of both. Let those with experience share their journey of menstruating in a positive light, & hold space for the fears & questions of those new to or yet to begin their journey.
This sacred ceremony honours this transformational rite of passage, & welcomes the girls present into Womanhood.
Exchange: From $250 (dependent on location)
3hrs including set up/pack down. Ceremony 1.5 - 2hrs
Location: Starlight Hall, Yandina or at your home or location of choosing
Mothers Blessings
Pregnancy Ceremony
This ceremony is inspired by the ancient Navajo Blessing Way
Gather in circle with those those trusted & dearest to you. Let them show their love & support & offer words of wisdom as you transverse this rite of passage into motherhood (or prepare to welcome the newest addition to your tribe).
This sacred ceremony aims to remind the Mumma-to-Be of her own inner wisdom & strength, & the deep connection she has with all things. Encouraging her to connect with her primal instincts & with All Women & their capacity to birth safely as she prepares to bring her baby Earthside.
“When a woman knows she is safe, supported & loved, that she can trust her body & the birth process then she can more easily surrender, open & let the baby come.”
~ Jane Hardwicke Collings
Exchange: From $250 (depending on location)
3hrs including set up/pack down. Ceremony 1.5 - 2hrs
Location: Starlight Hall, Yandina or at your home or location of choosing
Invitees are at the preference of the mother, traditionally this is a woman’s space, but can be adapted to include males &/or the whole family.
Closing of the Bones
Postpartum Ceremony
This ceremony is inspired by traditional practices in Mexico, Central & South America
A nourishing & supportive ceremony done in honour of the new mother. To recognise all she has physically & mentally been through with the birth of her babe. Preferentially this is offered to all mothers, to recognise their needs as a woman, seperate from their baby, after an intensive period of focusing purely on their newborn. This can be particularly beneficial if there has been any birth trauma, if this marks the end of the woman childbearing years, or if there has been a loss.
This can either be facilitated as a 1:1 session or as a group
Exchange: From $250 (depending on location)
3hrs including set up & pack down. Ceremony 1.5 - 2hrs
Location: Starlight Hall, Yandina or at your home or location of choosing
All ceremonies can be tailored to suit individual circumstances/preferences
